Twenty twenty one

2021. 

Another year, another birthday. 

This year I deleted my instagram. So, I am back to blogging again. 

I miss my blogging days actually. I used to come here to vent, to muse, and I used to think up things to say and stories to tell. 

Facebook and instagram have so effectively put a stop to these and it has robbed me of my creative outlet. Writing stories about my work, writing about what I want to write about, letting me type and enjoy the process of creating.

This is something that I want to get back to. In some ways, it is like the journaling that I have been meaning to do. 

Remember how this all started? I would be running or showering and an idea will come to me, a thought, some hidden connection that I made in my brain, and I would want to share it with the world, up in this blog. Whilst I realise that none of my friends actually read this blog anymore, it comforts me to know that this is here, my open diary. 

Now that I am off social media - no instagram, no Facebook - it is time for me to restart this again, my online journal. 

Maybe this what this complete rainbow, this complete double rainbow is all about. 

Each rainbow for the celebration of the deletion of Facebook and Instagram.
