Sixth: First time in Dubai
Seventh: First day in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Eighth: First time walk around Dar es Salaam by ourselves
Nineth: First day at Muhimbili National Hospital, Muhimbili Orthopaedic institute
tenth: First day in Theatre
Eleventh: First day in Clinic
Twelveth: First time taking the Dalladalla (bus)
Thirteenth: First time going to Bongoyo Island
Fourteenth: First time scrubbing in in MOI, first time eating indian woman food
Fifteenth: First time walking around town at night, first time drinking Tanzanian beer - kilimanjaro
Sixteenth: first time in casualty at MOI, first time put IV line in at MOI (Failed), first time i clerked a patient at MOI (i can't speak swahili!!!!)
Seventeenth: First time presented the patient i clerked in front of the morning meeting
