End of Holidays
My last day in singapore. Last day of my holidays before i return to nz tomorrow and face the continuing lectures and attachments for da rest of the year.
I've been quite lazy in terms of blogging lately - just havn't been able to find inspiring things to say when i have the time. Beeen mostly tired lately too - but i think the tiredness stem mostly from the lazyness induced by eating too much...=.="
Even tho i thoroughly enjoyed myself these hols, i did not achieve some of the things i thot i would have time to achieve. Oh well. That means that i'll have to work real hard this coming year too...
lots of planning for the future and organising to do. Something i don't really enjoy doing that much!! For example even my aussie attachment, which i thot was sorted out, now has problems with it. Not to mention my stagnant research project, which i m starting to wonder if i've been thrown out of the team already cos i havn't heard from my supervisors since october!! ...lots of things to get bk into, need lots of motivation...
I will make myself tho, when i get bk to nz, jot down all the stf that is important that happened in the trips that i made...and post the photos up as well. If i can still remember ...^^"
Anyhows while i'm here i mite as well talk abt last nite.
So i arrived in singapore again at like 7pm, and spent 1 hr in the airport talking to mum's frens on da free phone. Then got picked up by serene, went bk, caught my breathe, and then went out to watch "the aviator" again at 1145. Now, what was so cool abt watching the movie was that we brought some mee goreng and meehong goreng and ice lemon tea inside!! And it was like a huge theatre, probably can sit like 1000pple? and there were hardly anyone in the theatre!! So we were able to enjoy our yummy noodles while watching movie! that was an experience that i really enjoyed eh!! i hav never really eaten anything substantial in movie theatre b4 - only ever eaten macDs in there i think!! i dun tink it'll b good for the asian reputation in akl if i was to start eating chiense food in the theatres tho...=.="
Anyhow after that we went for a drive ard orchard at liek 230am...we got kinda lost but serene managed to point out to me some of the niteclubs ard that area - it was quite interesting seeing the nitelife in sg cos i've never seen it b4!! well just from the outside anyway. There was this area in orchard where police was keeping watch cos apparently it was the orchard red light district! and yea, hotgirls there talking to guys, and lots of caucasians there as well!! suppse they'r looking for a quick shag?? anyhow then we drove ard some more and ended up in geylang!! hehe the more uncle redlight district. went into the side streets and it was alive!! like girls in bikini and miniskirts standing in rows along the road wif guys standing ard talking to them and stuff...very obvious what they were doing!! I duno - for a suppressed country such as singapore, i find that pretty amusing! I mean we know the govt in sg is probably openeye-shuteye abt this, but it was stil pretty interesting to see them really there...cos i've never encountered them on K road b4 or anything...(i'm sure u others have u horndogs)
So by the time i got home and checked emails and watch TV (HK aviation drama...) some more it was like 5am already...
and no, i didn't only just got up...i woke up at 930....><"
So hungry now. i better go change and go out eat some more. i dont' care - gonna binge today cos its my last day, and...i'm gona b starving for the next yrs anyway...

I miss taiwan already...
Even tho i have no local frens in taiwan...i still miss the place. In some ways
I think its the thot of knowin that i probably won't be going back for a while - and knowing that having to wait for more than 2 years b4 i can get to go bk again...is kinda....
sad.
My yearly routine of sg taiwan is probably coming to an end...who knows when's the nxt time i'm back here....it mite not be in the dec-jan months...and if not...i probably won't catch serene in sg no more...
which means i probably wont' spend much time in sg anymore cos i won't enjoy it that much.
Sad...
Anyhows i'll make the most use of the day now since miss-serepiggety jus woke up...hehe....eat eat eat and shop here i come!!
BE on the flight at 6pm today heading for akl.

random thot: man, i saw this wedding scene (ending of a movie, i didnt' even watch the whole movie, just happened to watch this ending)...somehow it set me to tears....VERY WEIRD.....not sobsob but i got teary eyed...=.=" weird...and it was jacky chan proposing too!!!!!! -____- i must be such a loser...aiii~~~
