Man, i got pretty random cases today.

First up is a grave's disease case - examine the neck ...
Then take a history abt breast cancer
Then a diabetic foot exam
Then examine both the hip and knees?! (and by helen too!!! my god....i hate that woman....she scares me.....)

So yea, that's my 40min of torture.
